Hi Ann,

You will be required to install and activate the ProfileGrid’s extension “MailPoet Integration” on your site and then to enable the “MailPoet” newsletter in a profile, you need to activate the “Enable MailPoet” option and the “Enable MailPoet Tab” option. These settings can be found under “Group Options >> MailPoet” for a group. Once you enable this configuration, members of that group will see the “Newsletter” tab under the “Settings” tab on their profile page.

Can you describe what you mean by “map”? How is that done?

My RegistrationMagic registration form asks the user to choose their desired MailPoet newsletters from a checkbox list. How can I display these choices in the user’s profile on ProfileGrid, so they can view/update their selections (subscribe to additional newsletters or unsubscribe)?

Kindly map the Biographical Info field of ProfileGrid group with RegistrationMagic bio field and also enable the option “display on profile page” in ProfileGrid field setting.

Is there a way when filling out the biographical info through registration magic, to automatically pull that onto the Profile Grid profile for the user registering? Specifically, I would like it to pull to the profile grid about me page.

There is no specific integration required for RegistrationMagic and ProfileGrid to work together. You can activate both the plugins and use them. Refer to the following path to set the user role for a specific form:
Go to RegistrationMagic-> All Forms-> Dashboard of the form-> Accounts-> check the option “Also create WP User account” and select the desired role in the dropdown of “Assign WordPress User Role”.
Refer to the following link as a guide for RegistrationMagic and ProfileGrid integration integration:
https://profilegrid.co/profilegrid-registrationmagic-integration/

You may enable the RegistrationMagic registration tab in the PG profile page form “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Registrations Forms” in the dashboard. Once you enable the tab, it will display under the settings tab on the profile page.

You may integrate ProfileGrid with RegistrationMagic and for more details refer to the following link: https://profilegrid.co/profilegrid-registrationmagic-integration/ . If you use the field mapping option then the fields will display on ProfileGrid’s profile page.

Requirement #3 cannot be achieved through RegistrationMagic i.e.first reviewing the form and then show signature field.
Yes, RegistrationMagic provides shortcodes for different functionalities. Refer to the following path to check them:
Go to RegistrationMagic-> Dashboard of the form-> scroll down and you will find different options/shortcodes like User Directory, User Area under “Publish” section. You may click on the particular option and see the shortcode.

my scenario is:
1. the user has to complete profile data upon registration to get his/her credential access to the site.
2. at the specific event/project (woo-commerce product), a user has to make a signature (agree) to the respective agreement-form, so the product will belong to her/his. This product only available for logged-in registered user.
3. at the agreement-form, I want to show specific user personal data before the signature field to review. I mean, before the signature field, it shows , , , , etc to be reviewed to make sure that he is the correct user.

my questions are:
1. Is “RegistrationMagic” (RM) able to get/read the user records to achieve my #3 scenario?
2. Is RM provide shortcodes?

Thank you.
