General Purpose Payment Form
This is the form including checkout using payment gateways. Payment gateways are embedded into the form integrating certain payment processors. PayPal, Stripe, and WePay are some of the recommended ones. Besides the First and Last name, this form consists of a “Billing Address” and a “Product” field.
The “Shipping Address” might be different from the “Billing Address”. To enumerate, it fits in separately. You can also relish the option of sending the product as a gift. Lastly, PayPal is the payment processor in this case if you are not paying offline.

General Purpose Registration Form
This is another abundantly used registration form template. This form is used for keeping any kind of registration in mind. Similarly, general purpose registration forms have a lot in common with contact forms.
It constitutes first and last name fields along with the website, country and biographical details of the user.

Publishing these General Purpose Forms
Download all the three forms and save them in a drive on your system in XML format. From the RegistrationMagic plugin on your WordPress dashboard go to “All Forms”.
Click the “Import” button from the operations box. You are now on the RegistrationMagic Import Engine page. Eventually, you upload the related XML file from your drive. Choose the form template you want to use. Click “Import”.
Import commences with the click of the “Import” button. In the meantime, the import of all the forms is successful.
Do the same with each of the forms. Now from the “Pages” section create a “New Page” for every general-purpose form.
Copy the respective shortcodes from each form and paste them on the “Body” section of every new page.
Click “Publish” to embed the form on your WordPress page.
