Payment Processor(s)

Select the payment system(s) from here that you want to use for accepting payments on your forms. Do ensure that the payment system(s) are configured properly by using the configure link right next to each one of them. Available payment processors are…

  • PayPal
  • Stripe (Not available if you do not have SSL encryption active on your server)
  • Authorize.Net
  • WePay
  • Offline

Enable Test Mode

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for either PayPal, Authorize.Net, or WePay

Available for only PayPal, Authorize.Net, and WePay payment processors, enabling this option will allow RegistrationMagic payments to work in test mode. This means no actual payment will get processed while this option is enabled. This is useful if you require testing of payments before making them live for your site’s audience.

PayPal Email

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for PayPal

Add your PayPal account email address here. This’ll be the email address to which all payments will be sent if users choose to pay via PayPal.

PayPal Page Style

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for PayPal

If you have created any specific checkout page from your PayPal account and want to show it on RegistrationMagic form checkout, you can add its name here. Checkout page styles can be created from inside your PayPal account for a more customized checkout experience for your customers. For more information on custom PayPal checkout pages, please visit this link.

Stripe API Key

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for Stripe

Add your Stripe API Key here to make Stripe payments work on your RegistrationMagic form checkout. Your Secret API Key is used to identify your Stripe account. You can grab the test and live API key for your Stripe account from this link.

Stripe Publishable Key

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for Stripe

Add your Stripe Publishable Key here to make Stripe payments work on your RegistrationMagic form checkout. Your Secret Publishable Key is used to identify your Stripe account. You can grab the test and live Publishable key for your Stripe account from this link.

Send Email

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for Offline

Enable this option to send an email to the user regarding payment who has opted for Offline payment. If you do not want to use this email, you can include payment information in the Auto Responder email as well.

Message

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for Offline

Set the content of the email from here which will be sent to the users opting for Offline payments. Use this email for including information about Offline payment such as bank account information etc. The default format provides you some text to start with. It also includes the placeholder {{TOTAL_AMOUNT}} that will display the total amount to be paid when the email is sent to the users.

Authorize.Net Login ID

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for Authorize.Net

Add your Authorize.Net Login ID here to identify your Authorize.Net account and activate it in the list of RegistrationMagic payment gateways when submitting transaction requests from your forms. The API Login ID is at least eight characters in length, and includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and/or symbols.

Authorize.Net Transaction Key

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for Authorize.Net

Add your Authorize.Net Transaction Key here. The key is a 16-character alphanumeric value randomly generated in the Merchant Interface of your Authorize.Net account and is used as an additional layer of authentication by RegistrationMagic when submitting transaction requests from your forms.

Authorize.Net MD5 Hash Key

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for Authorize.Net

Add your Authorize.Net MD5 Hash Key here for encrypting transaction information transmitted from your website to make it unreadable over the web during the information exchange between your website and the Authorize.Net payment gateway. The Hash Key is unique to each individual transaction, hence making the security of the transactions even tighter.

WePay Client ID

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for WePay

This is the ID of your WePay API application which will be used by RegistrationMagic to identify your unique WePay app for payment processing. You can locate your ID easily from the API Keys tab in your WePay App Center.

WePay Client Secret

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for WePay

This is the Secret of your WePay API application which will be used by RegistrationMagic to verify your WePay app for payment processing. You can locate your Secret from the API Keys tab in your WePay App Center.

WePay Access Token

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for WePay

This is the Access Token of your WePay API application which will grant RegistrationMagic permission to process payments on your behalf. You can locate your Access Token from the API Keys tab in your WePay App Center.

WePay Account ID

Access this option by clicking on the configure link for WePay

This is the Account ID of your WePay payment account where you collect money. RegistrationMagic will require it to finalize payment processing. You can locate your Account ID from the API Keys tab in your WePay App Center.

Default Currency

Set the default currency for accepting payments on your forms. Usually, this will be default currency in your PayPal, Stripe or Authorize.Net account. Make sure the currency you select from here is also supported by the payment processor(s) you have chosen to activate. Not all currencies work well with all payment processors.

Currency Symbol Position

Set the position of the currency symbol from here. This can either be Before Amount (like $10), or After Amount (like 10$).
